My Podcast

To deal with our grief over the 2016 American election, I've begun a podcast with a friend of mine from college. What can two straight white guys who went to Yale (the tongue-in-cheek working title we used in our pilot episode) add to a crowded arena of voices shouting their political views in to the aether? We're not sure, but we really enjoy doing it! 

We try to analyze current events through a broad historical lens, being careful to keep in mind the potential pitfalls we two like-minded individuals could fall into. Our fourth episode, for example, consists of an hourlong discussion of the Greek historian Thucydides. That probably sounds horrible, but I assure you it was actually fun and relevant!
